Return & Refund Policy

Damaged Pieces

Accessories that were shipped in error or damaged beyond repair in transit may be returned for a refund or exchange within 3 days of receipt.  Pieces that have been worn and break in the process maybe returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of order.

If the item is repairable, for example an o'ring that just needs to be re-attached or a bead that fell off that can be re-glued into place, then the item is not eligible for return/refund since it can easily be repaired.  If you need help with how to make easy and simple jewelry repairs, I will gladly help you and provide you with some tutorials on how to do simple jewelry repair yourself!  I request that photos be provided so that we can discuss the best approach forward.  If the item is not repairable or if it is a complicated repair, a refund/replacement/exchange will be determined.

Once details have been worked out with regards to a damaged item, if it is determined that the item needs to be returned, once the returned merchandise is received, a direct replacement/refund/exchange will be processed.  

Non-Damaged Pieces

Non-damaged returns must have pre-approval prior to shipping back.  If you ship non-damaged pieces back without pre-approval, you will forfeit the pieces and no refund will be provided.

In the event that I allow non-damaged and unworn pieces to be returned, they must include the original packaging and tags.  Non-damaged items are not eligible for refunds, only exchange.  Exchanged pieces will need to be chosen within 24 hours of being notified that the exchange is ready.  There are no refunds/exchanges on exchanged pieces.  You get 1 exchange.

All returned items will be fully inspected.  If the item is not able to be re-sold, the customer will be notified and will have the option of paying to have the item re-shipped back or forfeiting the item.  Shipping for non-damaged items will be paid for by the customer and shipping for the exchanged pieces back to the customer will also be paid for by the customer.

Ineligible Items

Accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error (to include ordering pieces just to see if you like them or not), or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return/exchange.  The exception to this policy is only via pre-approval for return of non-damaged goods as stated in the Non-Damaged Pieces section above.

Abuse of Policy

Excessive returns of non-damaged pieces will not be tolerated.  1 or 2 pieces here or there with pre-approval is one thing.  Returning an entire order or most of multiple orders is considered abuse of policy and will risk forfeiture of those pieces and no refund.  Pre-approval must be obtained prior to sending non-damaged pieces back.  Abusers of the return policy can be blocked from future returns or from shopping altogether.

Costume jewelry can over time require maintenance and repairs.  We do our best to inspect every piece when we receive it from our suppliers and again when we ship the piece out to you.  We are human and oversights can happen and we will ensure that we make your order right for you!
